Where can I go to workout?

You can head to the Fitness Center at the Marina - and you can sign up for fitness classes at the spa on the day of the class, however you cannot use the gym equipment at the spa.

What expenses are billed to me directly and what is included on the master bill?

You are responsible for the following expenses: golf, tennis, fitness classes, bicycle rentals, golf cart rentals, any type of lessons and any retail shopping.

Billing for rooms and meals will be master billed. You will be asked to present a credit card at check in to cover incidentals, personal purchases and items that are not master billed, i.e., golf, tennis, bikes, golf carts, spa classes, etc. Please be certain to obtain a copy of your personal folio at checkout so you will know your charges. The bank is only provided the master folio with master charges. Ocean Reef is a non-cash resort, and your room key is your charge card. If you use your card to pay for meals or drinks, please keep track of who you are paying for so the receipts can be submitted and reconciled. Be sure and collect any receipts from your spouse/guest.

You can include the following on your master bill: room, taxes, resort fees, housekeeping, food and beverage for the restaurants and bars (except for golf). Spa Day charges are master billed for 1 basic service. Any additional service(s) will be billed to you personally. Fishing will be master billed also.

The fact that you are being billed for golf, tennis, etc., doesn’t mean the bank won’t pay but you will have to document properly and charge to taxable fringe benefits to be reimbursed.

Where can I go to rent a bicycle or golf cart? Do I need to rent a car?

If you can carpool with someone to and from the airport, you should not need to rent a vehicle for use on Ocean Reef property, you can get around with a bicycle or golf cart fairly easily. There are also usually several people around that will gladly assist in getting you places should you need it! If you would like to rent a golf cart or bicycle for use on Ocean Reef property, you can go to the rental office adjacent to the lobby.

Rental Fees are as follows:

Bicycle - $19 per day

Golf cart - $85 per day plus $7.50 per day insurance

Round of Golf - $286 per 18 holes

Golf club rental - $100.00
